The Firm draws on the experience of its senior member and founder, Mr. Ali Rana, who has been conducting active litigation and transactional work for more than 2 decades, nationally and internationally.
He is a qualified University of London law graduate. After graduation Mr. Ali Rana has dedicated himself in serving
local and international clients through gaining experience and working with various serving and non-serving
judges of Lahore High Court.
In 2005, Mr. Ali Rana worked with Honorable J. Farooq Haider (present) in Gujrat to kick-off his career through core criminal litigation. After that Mr. Ali Rana have had the experience of working with Mr. J. Raheel Kamran Sheikh (present) where he gained experience with respect to transactional work of various local and international companies.
Thereafter Mr. Ali Rana assisted former Justice Mr. Shezada Mazhar gaining first-hand experience on core litigation with respect to Civil, Banking, Criminal, Constitutional, Arbitrations, Special Laws, Power and Energy Sector litigation, Family, Taxation and Intellectual Property laws.
